The cost of making a Will is often much less than most people think and probably one of the cheapest legal services that money can buy.

This is certainly the case when you compare the cost of a Will against the tax savings that can be made and the legal costs that are incurred when a valid Will is not made and an inheritance dispute arises. In addition to this, there is the distress and heartache that could be suffered by your loved ones if you fail to make proper provision. So, everything considered, the cost of making a Will represents excellent value.

As with most things in life, you generally get what you pay for. We do not attempt to compete with the cut-price, unqualified Will writers that you often see advertised in the newspaper or on the internet. Nevertheless, a professionally prepared bespoke Will, drafted by specialist solicitors, still represents one of the best value legal services available.

Our pricing structure is based on the complexity of the Will we are being asked to prepare.

For a simple single Will we charge £170 plus VAT, and for simple mirror Wills we charge £270 plus VAT.

Where your requirements are more complex or you require a trust to be created then we will provide you with a bespoke quote for preparing your Will.
